Tambourines Academy offers fitness classes for teens in grades 6-12. The class offers a flow of different styles of exercise, giving a deep integration of muscles, physical awareness, and a high caloric output. All movements include emphasis on fundamentals, core work stability, legs, arms, and cardio. Each class will start and end with a warm up and warm down. The classes are given by trained teachers and only Jewish music is used. Participants  should bring a yoga mat, water, and a mini towel. Expect overall increased body tone!
